Andrew’s passion for food and having a strong work ethic started at a very young age. His father, Andy, played a big role in his venture to start his own business as he always encouraged him to “do something different.” When Andrew saw a local franchise opening many Italian Ice stores, he saw an opportunity to “do something different” by putting the concept on a truck. He took this vision and made it a reality, naming it Andy’s Italian Ices Food Truck, to honor his father and his influence on his success.
